Permitting and Compliance

The great crew at Pepper Distillery is hosting our next Distillery Safety Series event. This even will focus on Permitting and Compliance for small/craft distilleries.

Topics to be covered include:

-Permitting/Licensing and how that process works from a regulatory and compliance perspective but also working in safety (fire suppression, spill containment, explosion proofing, coding, etc.).

-Formulation/Labeling as well as registering brands and allowable changes and the process from a regulatory and compliance perspective but also consumer protection, what you can and can't do and use, etc.

-Federal, State and Local monthly reporting/tax payments as well as a catch all and touch up on additional safety related topics surrounding the compliance world.
